Like Killer / Assassin / etc, but instead of shooting people you have to be nice to them. Can’t see it catching on somehow, but who knows?

That is so incredibly cool. I am hugely impressed. 🙂
I wonder whether it could be run at a games convention alongside all the other bruhaha that’s going on? (Answering my own question: hell yes, for what is Come Out And Play, if not a games convention – just a games convention of modern technology-heavy street games? Furthermore, their infrastructure is set up so that the game can be played in other locations, which is incredibly cool.)
Woe and angst for I will be working night shifts on 22nd-23rd September and 23rd-24th September when suddenly I want to jet off and visit New York and all the cool things that will be there…
How did you find out about this, if you don’t mind me asking?

Mm, Come Out And Play very fine, I predict not long before happens here — kind of thing that would enthuse Ken Livingstone I would imagine.
(Further to which, if you want to keep up with what they’re up to.)
Many years ago, I remember seeing a low-budget short film on this subject, called “Arcadia”. It was set in a super-violent suburban future, and featured kids who met in an underground bunker to play a subversive arcade game, in which you had to be nice to people in everyday situations.
An interesting piece of work, especially looked back at from now…
